Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager, Order-to-Cash to lead the global O2C function from Verona, WI. This full-time onsite role partners with Commercial, Market Access and Finance to ensure compliant revenue operations during a scale-up of the company’s first commercial launch.

The candidate will optimize O2C processes, implement Dynamics 365, and drive automation and controls across the revenue cycle in a highly regulated biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in O2C, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling O2C functions within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.
• Significant ERP implementation, optimization, or transformation experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and SOX compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing priorities, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with chargebacks, rebates, distributor fee-for-service arrangements, and market access programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop the global O2C strategy, operating model, and roadmap to support product distribution and growth.
• Build scalable processes and controls for expansion and new product launches.
• Own O2C policies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, and Finance to onboard customers, contract, price, and service processes.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of O2C in Dynamics 365 and related systems.
• Define and execute automation initiatives via EDI, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Maintain SOX-compliant controls across all O2C activities.
