Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations focusing on O2C, cash application, collections, and disputes.
• Experience leading AR portfolios and dispute resolution at scale.
• Strong ERP experience (e.g., SAP) and O2C tooling.
• Experience with global shared services or outsourced delivery models (BPO/MSP).
• Demonstrated data-driven decision making and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end cash application processes, ensuring timely posting and reconciliation of customer payments.
• Lead collections strategy and execution, including prioritization and aging management.
• Own end-to-end dispute and deduction management with root-cause analysis.
• Reduce unapplied cash through improved matching and automation.
• Improve key working capital metrics such as DSO and cash application accuracy.
• Ensure accurate customer account reconciliation and variance resolution.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to resolve disputes affecting collections and customer experience.
• Drive adherence to O2C process standards, controls, and governance.
