You will analyze activity, identify delinquent balances, and coordinate with internal teams to minimize past-due balances and improve cash flow.

Key responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, executing collection strategies, resolving discrepancies, and supporting credit card/ACH transactions with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in commercial accounts receivable management, or business-to-business collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio of up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Proactively monitor aging reports and payment trends to identify delinquent balances and risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure timely payments and optimize cash flow and DSO.
• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, billing issues, and short payments by coordinating with internal departments.
• Follow established credit and collections policies and maintain records for reporting and audits.
