Univar Solutions is seeking a Global Nutra Director to build and scale a science-led nutraceuticals platform with global P&L responsibility across the Americas, EMEA, and LATAM. This leader will establish the strategy, investment gates, and operating model while partnering with regional teams to drive growth and margin.

The role is home-based with preference for The Woodlands, TX, and travel abroad. Target is to reach substantial DGP revenue, manage a centralized global core including

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/science or related field.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred for leadership role.
• Experience leading P&L and cross-functional teams in nutraceuticals or related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own global Nutra P&L and investment roadmap with 5-year plan.
• Set global platform strategy, regulatory pathways, and formulation standards.
• Build a scalable operating model across Americas, EMEA, LATAM.
• Lead supplier and portfolio development, pricing, and contracts.
• Drive global growth and NA M&A opportunities under $75M revenue.
• Allocate regional resources with phased hiring plan.
