Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking a Global Nutra Director to build and scale a profitable, science-led Nutraceuticals platform. You will own the global P&L, shape strategy, lead investments and drive execution across Americas, EMEA and LATAM, reporting to the SVP Health & Nutrition.

The role includes building a stand-alone Nutra business with a multi-year growth plan, coordinating cross-functional teams, and partnering with regional commercial leaders. Travel globally is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, nutrition, chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, product management or business development with P&L ownership.
• Nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods/beverages, or pharma ingredients experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of specialty ingredient distribution, exclusivity, and supplier economics.
• Proven ability to build a business from early stage with teams, operating models and processes.
• Strong analytical skills, ROIC and cash flow experience, enterprise risk balance.

Responsabilidades

• Own global Nutra P&L and investment roadmap; deliver 5-year strategic plan.
• Set and execute global Nutra platform strategy and regulatory pathways.
• Build and scale global operating model across Americas, EMEA and LATAM.
• Lead supplier and portfolio development; pricing, exclusivity, and go/no-go decisions.
• Drive growth and M&A in North America under $75M revenue; diligence and integration planning.
• Allocate regional resources; plan headcount and capital across four years.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to translate the platform regionally.
• Build and lead a Global Core team; recruit, coach and develop staff.
• Collaborate across functions to scale Nutra with HR, Finance, IT, and more.
• Monitor performance; report to Health & Nutrition leadership and Board; represent Univar globally.
