Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Global Nutra Director to build and scale a profitable nutraceuticals platform with global P&L responsibility. You will lead a US-based core team and partner with regional leaders to drive growth across the Americas, EMEA, and LATAM.

This home-based role emphasizes strategy, investment gates, and global coordination. You will report to the SVP Health & Nutrition, shape strategy, and oversee a $30M DGP target by year three with a path to $33.6M by 2030, balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, nutrition, chemistry or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience across sales, marketing, product management, or business development with P&L ownership.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods & beverages, or pharmaceutical ingredients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Nutra P&L and investment roadmap, delivering the 5-year plan and allocating resources across regions.
• Set and execute the global Nutra platform strategy, including regulatory pathways and clinical backing.
• Lead the supplier and portfolio development roadmap with pricing, exclusivity, and contracts.
• Drive growth and M&A diligence in North America with integration planning.
• Collaborate across regions to translate the platform into regional growth and reporting.
