Job summary

Flowserve seeks an Operating Reactors Leader to drive enterprise-wide aftermarket strategy for operating nuclear plants. You will build relationships with utility leaders to align procurement decisions with site execution and partner across End User Sales for a comprehensive opportunity map.

You will standardize best practices, act as Flowserve’s primary interface with industry bodies (INPO, WANO), and lead whitespace identification for outage cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in process standardization and proposal readiness within nuclear or highly regulated energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of nuclear plant outage cycles, safety requirements and QA regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior technical and utility leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide aftermarket service strategy for operating nuclear reactors globally.
• Build relationships with utility engineering and supply chain teams to capture growth opportunities.
• Create an aftermarket opportunity map for pumps, valves, seals, and actuators.
• Standardize playbooks, checklists, and templates for internal sales teams.
• Represent Flowserve with nuclear operators and industry organizations (INPO, WANO).
• Identify whitespace using installed-base dashboards for outages and refueling cycles.
• Analyze competitive landscape and translate into pursuit priorities.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and procurement for proposal readiness.
