Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a senior leader to build and guide a nuclear supply-chain framework across global operations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration among Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver a repeatable operating model for nuclear customers.

You will develop governance, roadmap, and project plans while maturing supplier bases through audits, risk analysis, and training. Strong communication and leadership without authority are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, business, or related discipline.
• Ten or more years in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or program management in a regulated industrial environment.
• Ability to lead through influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional programs to closure.
• Ability to simplify complex technical requirements and communicate across engineering and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a scalable nuclear supply-chain framework and site-specific procurement procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to resolve barriers, drive accountability, and mitigate threats to supplier qualification and delivery.
• Establish and manage the nuclear supply-chain roadmap, including project plans, risk registers, and leadership reporting.
• Drive nuclear project sourcing from strategy through award and execution, balancing cost, capacity, schedule and quality.
• Build and mature a capable nuclear supplier base through assessments, audits, corrective actions, and risk segmentation.
• Translate nuclear codes, customer specifications, and quality obligations into practical supply-chain deliverables.
• Develop and deliver targeted training on material traceability, supplier qualification, and procurement controls.
