Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a seasoned leader to build and drive a nuclear supply-chain framework across global operations, coordinating Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Manufacturing to create a repeatable operating model for nuclear customers.

The role emphasizes leading without direct authority, supplier development, compliance governance, and project-delivery discipline to ensure a nuclear-ready supplier base while balancing cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or program management in a regulated industrial environment.
• Ability to influence without direct authority to drive cross-functional programs to closure.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical requirements and communicate across engineering and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a scalable nuclear supply-chain framework and site-specific procurement procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to resolve barriers, drive accountability, and mitigate threats to supplier qualification, compliance, and delivery.
• Establish and manage the nuclear supply-chain roadmap, including project plans, risk registers, decision cadences, and leadership reporting.
• Drive nuclear project sourcing from strategy through award and execution, balancing cost, capacity, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Build, qualify, and mature a capable nuclear supplier base through structured assessments, audits, corrective actions, and risk segmentation.
• Translate nuclear codes, customer specifications, and quality obligations into practical supply-chain and operational deliverables.
• Develop and deliver targeted training for personnel to reinforce expectations regarding material traceability, supplier qualification, and procurement controls.
