Job summary

Apple Sunnyvale is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online channels. You will coordinate global and regional teams to identify, track, and resolve dependencies ahead of launches, ensuring a smooth customer experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in program management, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience leading complex global programs in NPI, order management, or logistics.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs in a global matrix without direct authority.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and manage milestones.
• High levels of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online.
• Shape launch quote, fulfillment, and conversion strategies with data-driven insights.
• Partner with SDM, BPR, Retail, Online, Logistics, Ops Readiness and RCC.
• Build and maintain communications infrastructure to align partners globally.
• Establish and improve management systems for fulfillment readiness from order to delivery.
• Drive post-ops analysis and implement continuous process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to develop tools and automation to scale processes.
