Job summary

You will partner with business and technical teams, manage complex SAP order investigations, and drive issues to resolution to keep products available worldwide. In this role you’ll help evolve roadmaps for NPI tools, support event cadence and communications, and collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years experience as a program manager or in a global/matrixed org.
• 3+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and SAP ECC 6 / S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve roadmaps for NPI tools and products to improve reliability and scale.
• Manage NPI Event cadence, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to post-NPI activities including debriefs and improvements.
• Serve as SAP order investigation resource, diagnosing and resolving order issues.
