Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks an NPI Program Manager in Business Operations to lead New Product Introductions and peak events, partnering with business and technical teams to ensure on-time launches with high quality and availability.

You will work hands-on with SAP, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate across time zones, travel as needed to align with global stakeholders.

This role emphasizes detail, problem-solving, and clear communication to drive issues to resolution and support scalable operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a program manager, project coordinator, or team lead, ideally in a global or matrixed support organization.
• 3+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and systems.
• 3+ years experience with SAP ECC 6 / S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Support and help evolve roadmaps for NPI tools and products, contributing to enhancements that improve reliability, velocity, and scale.
• Support NPI Event management: cadence setup, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Contribute to post-NPI activities including debriefs and operational follow-through, helping turn lessons learned into concrete improvements.
• Serve as a resource for SAP order investigation - searching, diagnosing, and helping resolve order issues as they surface.
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to help anticipate and resolve issues before they impact customer availability.
