Qualifications

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and track milestones across multiple streams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in launch precision.
• High discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online channels, coordinating WW and regional teams to ensure dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved.
• Shape launch quote, fulfillment, and conversion strategies using data analysis, collaboration, and a customer-focused approach.
• Partner with SDM, BPR, Retail, Online, Logistics, Ops Readiness and RCC to define launch strategies and execution plans.
• Build and maintain communications infrastructure that keeps partners globally aligned on status, plans, and decisions.
• Establish and continuously improve management systems and processes supporting fulfillment readiness from order to delivery.
• Drive post-ops analysis to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes via cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to develop tools and automation to scale business processes over time.
