Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core Technologies operations readiness and successful bring up of critical components for devices.
• Collaborate with design engineering, process, quality and procurement teams and external suppliers.
• Lead program readiness reviews and drive closure on design/technical and operations issues.
• Influence manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness while maintaining quality and cost balance.
• Lead on-site operations development builds at suppliers and drive mass production ramp up.
• Present status in weekly multi-functional and executive meetings.
