Job summary

Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc. is seeking a Global NPI Engineer to collaborate across Technical Support, Product Line Management, Hardware & Software Engineering, and System Test teams to enhance customer experience, improve product quality, and ensure successful customer onboarding.

You will manage critical customer engagements, support onboarding activities, conduct demonstrations, drive lab certifications, and handle complex customer escalations, helping define serviceability requirements
