Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced NPI Leader to drive successful product introductions from customer requirements to market launch.

The role requires cross‑functional leadership to align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to deliver on time, at cost, and with high quality. You will lead end-to-end NPI programs, define KPIs, and implement robust processes for design transfer, pilot builds, and ramp‑up while managing risks and leveraging Lean, Six

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and quality teams to ensure seamless product launches.
Process Development: Establish and refine NPI processes, including design transfer, pilot builds, validation, and ramp‑up.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product introduction and develop mitigation strategies.
Define KPIs for NPI success (time‑to‑market, yield, cost, quality) and report progress to leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Drive lessons learned from past launches into future NPI processes.
All other duties as assigned by management.
