Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years of experience in New Product development and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience conducting product cost analysis and managing KPIs for production performance.
• Proficiency with Program Management Software such as MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD initiatives across product lines and drive successful launches.
• Consolidate and grow the NPD program management team.
• Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and targets before execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communication.
• Establish NPD playbook and disciplined execution across teams.
• Travel domestically up to 40%, plus international travel occasionally.
