Job summary

Jobtailor in Baltimore seeks an experienced NPD leader to drive new product development initiatives and oversee cross-functional teams. The role requires defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and financial targets while ensuring quality across major NPD projects.

The successful candidate will assemble and guide a Program Management team, foster collaboration across departments, and maintain execution standards and a disciplined playbook to align all stakeholders involved in product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or foreign degree equivalent).
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years of experience in New Product development and integration for product launch.
• 8 years of experience in Leading cross-functional teams.
• 8 years of experience in Conducting product cost analysis and management.
• 8 years of experience in Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for production performance.
• 8 years of experience in Utilizing Program Management Software such as MS Project.
