The Director, Global R&D Program Management leads and oversees New Product Development (“NPD”) initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years in New Product development and integration for product launches, leading cross-functional teams, and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to successful launches of NPD machines and programs.
• Consolidate and grow the NPD Program Managers into a unified team and develop competencies.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule and cost targets and ensure adherence.
