Job summary

The successful candidate will assemble and guide a Program Management team, foster collaboration across departments, and maintain execution standards and a disciplined playbook to align all stakeholders involved in product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or foreign degree equivalent).
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years of experience in New Product development and integration for product launch.
• 8 years of experience in Leading cross-functional teams.
• 8 years of experience in Conducting product cost analysis and management.
• 8 years of experience in Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for production performance.
• 8 years of experience in Utilizing Program Management Software such as MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
• Assemble and guide a Program Management team.
• Drive successful execution of major NPD projects.
• Foster alignment and collaboration across multiple functional areas.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, and financial targets.
• Conduct quality control on all major NPD projects.
• Develop and maintain NPD Project Execution Standards, Playbook & Discipline.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment across all parties involved.
