Job summary
The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking an experienced Program Leader to drive large-scale programs with globally distributed teams. You will guide cross-functional members, set deliverables, and report progress up to the CEO, ensuring design to commercialization objectives stay on track.
Responsibilities include delivering executive-level communications, providing NPD training, removing blockers, and driving process improvements to scale our offerings while maintaining compliance and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
- PMP certification preferred and experience leading large programs.
- Strong communication, matrix leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with NPD processes and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more large or platform programs with globally distributed teams.
- Act as Team Lead, build cross-functional teams and ensure milestones meet objectives.
- Deliver executive level updates and handle New Product Development training.
- Identify and remove roadblocks, assess impact and manage scope changes.
- Present mitigation plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
