Job summary

BW Papersystems, part of the Barry‑Wehmiller Group, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the folding carton portfolio. You will set vision, shape long‑term strategy, and partner with engineering to deliver customer‑centric solutions from concept through end of life.

This role requires 5–8+ years in product management, a Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred), and strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data‑driven decision making. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report crucial trends and influence the industry by maintaining relationships with key customers and others that may influence the industry.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our folding carton product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product vision, shaping long-term strategy, and delivering customer-centric solutions that create measurable business impact. You will serve as a key leader, working cross-functionally to align teams, influence stakeholders, and guide products from concept through end of life.

Key Responsibilities/Complexities:

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Work Environment:

The Product Manager works in an indoor office environment. May be exposed to some shop elements. Travel is expected for this position. Anticipated travel requirement is between 25 to 50% and may be more at times in order to complete certain critical required tasks.
