Job summary

BW Converting is seeking a Product Line Manager – Bag to own strategy, lifecycle management, and financial performance for the Bag product portfolio including Hudson-Sharp. You’ll partner across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth and market share.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management & Strategic Marketing and requires 5+ years in product management within capital equipment or industrial manufacturing, with strong P&L

Job Description

The Product Line Manager – Bag is responsible for the overall strategy, lifecycle management, and financial performance of BW Converting's Bag product portfolio, including the Hudson-Sharp brand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management & Strategic Marketing, this role leads product strategy from market analysis and product development through commercialization and ongoing portfolio optimization. The Product Line Manager partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and deliver innovative customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product lifecycle and multi-generation product strategies.
