The role emphasizes ambiguity management, upstream requirements, and scalable processes to support rapid portfolio growth across multiple programs and sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years of data center or network capacity planning experience.
• Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs.
• 3+ years managing complex, cross-functional infrastructure build programs with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and document technical requirements for undefined infrastructure programs.
• Develop demand forecasts and capacity scaling models for emerging programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of boutique infrastructure projects from requirements through deployment.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for programs with evolving requirements.
• Partner with engineering to develop tailored infrastructure solutions that meet constraints.
• Coordinate cross-program activities to gain efficiencies and reusable design patterns.
• Build relationships with internal customers to align delivery with demand.
• Establish governance frameworks and scalable processes for rapid onboarding.
