Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive global data center inventory and power topology accuracy.

You will organize cross-functional teams, define requirements, and manage scalable, data-driven processes within AWS Infrastructure Services. You will report to the Data Center Delivery Business Operations Manager and lead multiple projects end-to-end, delivering durable, reliable data-informed solutions while advancing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline requiring problem-solving (Engineering/Physics/Finance/Business or equivalent).
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and processes with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects; negotiate trade-offs.
• Provide regular program progress reporting.
• Own end-to-end execution and success of the program.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Run meetings, develop timelines, keep groups informed.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements/automation.
• Assist in daily operational tasks within Data Center Delivery workflow.
