Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience.
• Experience identifying, mitigating, and managing business risks and tradeoffs.
• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional infrastructure build programs where strategy and deployment plans were not fully defined, requiring the ability to independently drive clarity, define scope, and deliver outcomes with limited guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent technical experience) with demonstrated ability to evaluate whether a technical design fits a deployment scenario.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and document technical requirements for infrastructure programs often undefined at inception.
• Develop initial demand forecasts and capacity scaling models for emerging programs; refine forecasts as programs mature.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of boutique infrastructure projects from requirements definition through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and deployment.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans for programs with diverse and evolving requirements and site conditions.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop tailored infrastructure solutions within program- and site-specific constraints.
• Coordinate cross-program activities to gain cost and execution efficiencies; identify and drive shared solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers to align delivery with evolving demand.
• Convene partners to architect process flows, delineate roles, and establish governance frameworks; transform ambiguity into operational clarity.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans for first-of-kind deployment scenarios.
• Develop scalable mechanisms and SOPs to support portfolio growth and onboarding.
