Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a GND Technical Program Manager to lead inbound capacity and equipment delivery, driving efficiency and scaling operations across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.

You will coordinate across planning teams, translate operational pain points into actionable requirements, and ensure changes land effectively in the planning workflow. The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with stakeholder teams, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Resolves Planning gaps by driving joint outcomes with stakeholder teams within GND.
• Owns identifying where systematic issues are blocking planner throughput, driving those to resolution across team boundaries.
• Collaborates on initiatives within GND that impact Planning (e.g. attend MBRs), and ensures regional teams learn from each other.
• Provides forward visibility, surfacing risks before they become blockers, engaging the right decision-makers, and driving resolution so planners stay focused on planning.
• Ensures solutions are grounded in how planners actually work, translating operational pain points into actionable requirements.
• Owns how improvements land in the planning workflow - sequencing rollouts, enabling planners, and confirming that the change actually helps. Drives adoption of tools.
• Optimizes business processes through Agentic AI solutions.
