STAND 8 is seeking a Global Network Operations NOC Lead to oversee network configuration, maintenance, and service restoration across a multi-platform environment in a hybrid role. Location options include Melville, NY; Rochester, NY; or Doral, FL.

The ideal candidate will analyze events, coordinate corrective actions, and provide clear updates to internal teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring SLA adherence and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years telecommunications experience.
• Solid understanding of network technologies and communications protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, layout, maintenance, and performance of the network across multiple platforms.
• Investigate network infrastructure to determine root cause of service impairments.
• Plan and execute corrective measures on optical and data networks to meet SLA guidelines.
• Analyze network events and provide feedback and support to the NOC team.
• Research and evaluate network performance and recommend actions.
