Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years in biopharmaceutical industry or related field, depending on degree level.
• At least 3 years in medical communications or related Medical Affairs function in a global matrix.
• Knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to medical communications and medical review processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with medical strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development including core materials, slide decks, FAQs, and evidence-based resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities including booth content, symposia, and educational materials.
• Collaborate across functions to align priorities with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for accuracy and balance.
• Coordinate content development processes including source materials and content reuse.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to enhance planning, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, manage vendors and timelines, identify risks, and incorporate stakeholder insights into planning.
