Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare discipline.
• 6–10 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• At least 3 years in medical communications within a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for medical communications and reviews.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to translate complex science into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development: core materials, decks, FAQs, and evidence-based resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities: booth content, symposia, and educational materials.
• Collaborate across functions to align priorities with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for accuracy and balance.
• Coordinate content development processes and future content needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to planning, content development, and visualization.
• Manage execution, monitor KPIs, vendors, timelines, risks, and stakeholder feedback.
