Takeda in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director to translate complex scientific data into clear medical communications that support products and programs. You will develop core content, educational materials, and congress communications, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and other partners to advance scientific exchange.

The role emphasizes digital channels and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, with oversight

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in life science or healthcare.
6–10 years in biopharmaceuticals or related field; clinical data interpretation.
3+ years in medical communications or Medical Affairs in a global matrix.
Knowledge of drug development, medical strategy, and regulatory review processes.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Develop medical communication plans aligned with medical strategy and engagement objectives.
Lead scientific content development including core materials and FAQs.
Plan and deliver congress activities and educational content.
Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for compliance.
