Qualifications

• US and global experience preferred; deep neuroscience and psychiatry knowledge.
• Strong development, regulatory, and commercialization expertise; cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to lead strategy and influence senior stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide brand planning across marketing, medical, access, and development.
• Assess competitive intelligence, market events, and trends; translate into strategies.
• Convert evidence into strategic choices to maximize asset value and patient impact.
• Build strategic relationships with opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and external agencies.
• Partner with GMAx and Pricing to shape development and access strategies.
• Understand local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform launches.
• Lead across functions to align development and launch plans with commercial goals.
• Define strategies and cultivate relationships to strengthen neuroscience leadership.
