Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb, Princeton, NJ, seeks an Associate Director of Global Medical Neuroscience, Psychiatry, Schizophrenia Medical Strategy to partner with the medical team in developing disease-area strategies and implementing medical plans.

You will collaborate with Commercial, R&D, HEOR, Regulatory Affairs, and external thought leaders to drive medical activities and align psychiatry strategy across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical development within life sciences or biopharma.
Knowledge of biopharma drug development and commercialization processes.
Experience in Psychiatry/Neurology medical affairs or clinical development preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Participate in Medical Matrix Team activities to develop medical plans.
Partner with stakeholders on labeling, safety surveillance, and publications.
Represent Medical Strategy in cross-functional matrix teams.
Engage external thought leaders to translate key insights.
Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to communicate trial results.
Support and drive BMS-sponsored clinical research activities.
