Job summary

Amazon seeks a dynamic NSE Manager in Boise to lead our global Network Support Engineers. You will supervise scheduling, development, and technical support, coordinating across product, engineering, CX, and vendor teams to resolve complex issues.

You will own escalation management for executives and VIPs, and help design metrics to improve team performance while shaping strategic initiatives. This is a senior leadership role driving customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE or related technical discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with deadlines in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• 6+ years of network engineering experience and 2+ years people management.
• Advanced knowledge of wifi and networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, development, and technical support for the NSE team.
• Manage executive, VIP, and fleet level escalations and incidents including customer communication and case assignment.
• Design methods to evaluate, measure, and improve network engineering performance.
• Partner with Vendors and Internal Managers to monitor trends and drive resolutions for complex issues.
• Advocate for customer experience with product and engineering teams to influence key decisions.
• Lead strategic initiatives including long and short term planning and reporting.
