Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Service Delivery, Telecommunications, Data Center Infrastructure.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking, Ethernet Services, Layer 2/3 Technologies, Data Center Interconnection, Operational Support Processes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, operational, and project leadership skills.

• Lead a newly established global function focused on delivery, activation, governance, and operational readiness of network connectivity services.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to drive scalable service delivery and automation initiatives.
