Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee global delivery of Nile's network services and SLAs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and ensure excellent experience.
• Implement ITIL-based service management processes for networking and AI-driven architectures.
• Leverage AI insights to monitor and optimize network performance.
