Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering, Network Operations to own production reliability for a global network spanning edge, backbone, data centers, and GPU clusters. You will build and lead a multi-site team, drive incident response, RCAs, and standards to ensure uptime for AI workloads.

You will hire and coach Senior and Staff Network Production Operations Engineers, shape on-call models, and push for automation and measurable reliability across Crusoe's

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering or operations in large-scale 24x7 environments.
• 4+ years in leadership of engineers or managers; executive communication experience.
• Proven ownership of production reliability across multi-region fleets.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability across Crusoe's global edge, backbone, data center, and GPU networks.
• Lead incident response, RCAs, and postmortems with cross-team collaboration.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive operational standards and runbooks.
• Scale the operations org with hiring and development across sites/time zones.
• Champion automation, detect/diagnose/remediate with observability tooling.
• Maintain executive-level reporting and risk escalation for leadership.
