Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex IT or network programs, including global environments.
• 5+ years leading large, diverse teams across time zones.
• Experience delivering large-scale network modernization, SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.
• Strong ITIL-based service management background.
• Proven ability to interface with senior federal executives and global stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract performance and mission delivery for a global network modernization program.
• Oversee 24x7 network operations, security integration, and service management.
• Drive reporting, analytics, and customer engagement across regions.
• Manage resources, forecasting, EVM compliance, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Foster workforce development and succession planning.
