Job summary

Global Enterprise Services (GES) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise modernization and operational integration initiatives for DoD networks. You will supervise large, cross-functional teams across CONUS and OCONUS locations, interfacing with government leadership, subcontractors, and mission partners to drive successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Federal/DoD IT or enterprise programs.
• 5+ years in program/operations leadership for large-scale environments.
• Active TS clearance required; DoD 8570/8140 IAT II.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level program execution for modernization and operational integration.
• Manage dispersed technical and operational teams across multiple locations.
• Coordinate engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, transition, and operational coordination activities.
• Ensure alignment with government priorities, schedules, and contractual requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
