Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a systems-minded, analytically rigorous intern to design and stand up the SF Hub’s Network Operating System. You’ll interview stakeholders across continents and make architecture decisions that become the standard for future hubs.

This internship can base in San Francisco or New York City, with hybrid work and a pay rate at NY minimum wage, up to 40 hours per week. You will deliver a working network system, a Bay Area ecosystem map, and a reusable playbook.

Qualifications

• Graduate student, ideally a rising second-year MBA.
• Interests in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Information Systems.
• Experience designing or working inside a CRM or relationship database—Salesforce a strong plus.
• Comfort with data modeling: define objects, fields and relationships.
• Advanced spreadsheets and light scripting or no-code automation (Apps Script, SQL, Python).
• Ability to conduct structured stakeholder interviews across regions.
• Genuine interest in venture capital and global startup ecosystems.
• Strong written and organizational skills; data governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design or review the Hub's Network Data Model.
• Map and segment the Bay Area network for clear ownership.
• Build the Matching Layer to generate actionable introductions.
• Document a global pattern and test with other offices.
• Instrument and report on network health with defined metrics.
