Job summary

Endeavor Global, Inc. seeks a systems-minded intern to design and stand up the SF Hub's Network Operating System, from data modeling to a global playbook. You will interview stakeholders across continents and build a repeatable pattern for hubs in Singapore, Dubai, and London.

You will deliver a working network system, a segmented Bay Area ecosystem map, and a scalable playbook that changes how Endeavor makes introductions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate student with strong analytical and data modeling skills.
• Experience designing or working inside a CRM/relationship database (Salesforce a plus).
• Fluent with spreadsheets and light scripting or no-code automation.

Responsibilities

• Design or review the Hub's Network Data Model using Salesforce-native structure.
• Map and segment the Bay Area network to assign ownership and avoid duplicate outreach.
• Build a defensible matching layer to recommend Bay Area contacts for visiting entrepreneurs.
• Document the model as a playbook for other hubs and test across multiple offices.
• Define and report metrics for network health, coverage, depth, and activation.
