Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvement ideas and automation to drive efficiency.
• Define and monitor key metrics to measure program performance.
• Coordinate across groups to assemble business reports and funding requests.
• Maintain funding request progress tracker aligned with leadership timelines.
• Provide clear, concise status updates for funding requests to leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, sourcing, supply and demand teams as needed.
• Mitigate risks to delivering capacity by following funding approvals.
