Qualifications

• Advanced degree, preferably PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of MSAT, process development, manufacturing science, or related biopharma functions with global leadership.
• Proven global MSAT leadership for commercial biopharmaceutical products, incl. cell/gene therapy.
• Strong expertise in process characterization, validation, transfer, CPV, optimization, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global MSAT strategy and operating model.
• Establish global technical standards and governance for manufacturing processes.
• Serve as senior technical authority for process capability, robustness, and scalability.
• Drive technology transfer and readiness from development to commercial operations.
• Lead lifecycle management, process improvements, and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide governance for MSAT activities across internal sites and CMOs/CDMOs.
