Job summary

Minaris Advanced Therapies seeks a Head of MSAT to lead manufacturing science and technology activities across clinical and commercial programs. You will oversee technology transfer, process validation readiness, and lifecycle management while partnering with PD, AD, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

You will drive data-driven manufacturing excellence, cross-site collaboration, and strategic customer engagements to enable commercial growth and robust program execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with 5+ years leading MSAT.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, tech transfer, CPV, PPQ, and lifecycle process management.
• Proven client-facing leadership with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for MSAT, aligning priorities with business goals.
• Lead technology transfer, process validation, and lifecycle management for programs.
• Represent MSAT in client meetings, governance bodies, and strategic reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and risk management across networks.
• Mentor leaders and develop talent to support commercial manufacturing expansion.
