Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global MSAT strategy and operating model.
• Lead process characterization, validation, CPPs, CPV, and monitoring.
• Oversee technology transfer from development to commercial operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, process robustness, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership across R&D, CMC, Manufacturing, QA, and Regulatory.
