Emerson seeks a Segment Marketing Director for Motion Control to shape strategy, lead global marketing, and drive growth across industries. You will guide GTM for new launches and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing Communications to turn strategy into action.

You will lead a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and build market insights to inform investments. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant professional and leadership experience commensurate with the scope and level of the position.
• Demonstrated experience developing market strategies and translating market and customer insights into growth opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for the global Motion Control business.
• Build a robust market intelligence capability, including market sizing, segmentation, customer insights, competitive analysis, and trends.
• Lead the market and growth inputs into SBU strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and strategic growth programs.
• Guide positioning, value propositions, messaging, and pricing strategies to differentiate our portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate market needs into future opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications on customer engagement and enablement.
• Identify whitespace and partnerships to support long-term growth.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to measure effectiveness and adjust actions.
