Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience commensurate with scope and level.
• Experience developing market strategies and translating insights into growth opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for the global Motion Control business, identifying attractive industries, applications, technologies, and growth opportunities.
• Build a robust market intelligence capability, including market sizing, segmentation, customer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging trends.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and strategic growth programs, driving adoption and revenue growth.
• Guide positioning, value propositions, messaging, and pricing strategies to differentiate our portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate market needs into future product opportunities.
