You will lead a globally dispersed team of engineers, establish technical standards, and partner with analytics and reliability groups to ground insights in risk and economic context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 6+ years of process or technical domain ownership experience.
• 8+ years of process or technical domain ownership experience.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership.
• Experience operating in a matrixed or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers to deliver proactive, predictive insights that prevent outages and events.
• Own technical standards, standard work, and governance for monitoring across all Poles.
• Support insight quality consistency across Americas, EMEA, and Asia with leadership coaching.
• Collaborate with Analytics Foundry to shape analytics development and priorities.
• Partner with Fleet Reliability to quantify risk and economic impact in insights.
• Lead hands-on technical cases and promote best practices across the team.
• Foster Lean culture through standard work and daily management.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop talent by coaching and building team capability for a data‑driven environment.
