The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on reducing unplanned outages and customer events through disciplined insight development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of process or technical domain ownership, including development of standards, governance structures, or operational frameworks.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership, with accountability for team performance and talent development.
• Experience operating in a matrixed or global organizational structure with cross-functional accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of engineers delivering proactive, predictive insights for Gas Power to reduce unplanned outages.
• Own technical standards, guides, and governance frameworks for monitoring across all Poles.
• Partner with Analytics Foundry to shape analytics capabilities and prioritize development.
• Collaborate with Fleet Reliability Engineering to quantify fleet risk and economic impact in insights.
