Crusoe is seeking a Manager of Modular Building Programs to own the PM function for the modular product sector, including Spark MDC and PDC buildings. You will manage the portfolio schedule, oversee delivery commitments to hyperscale customers, and grow a team of project managers executing complex programs.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration between PMO, plant floor, Engineering, and Supply Chain, ensuring on-time delivery from sustainable energy sources.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in modular building manufacturing or data center construction.
• Project management experience in electrical equipment/construction/manufacturing.
• People leadership with 3+ years managing PMs.
• Engineering & constructability competency with design review ability.
• BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
• Portfolio accountability for on-time delivery and margin.

Responsabilités

• Own the consolidated schedule across Spark MDC and PDC building programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers.
• Serve as senior escalation point for modular customers and negotiate changes.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations on line loading and bottleneck resolution.
• Govern the engineering change process and maintain risk register.
• Set margin and cost targets and participate in monthly cost-to-complete reviews.
• Drive standardization of templates, budgets, and close-out packages.
• Collaborate with Sales/Estimating on pursue and handoff feasibility.
• Own modular executive dashboard and report to leadership.
• Perform schedule quality checks and baseline change control.
